An ultrasonic level transmitter is a non-contact measuring device used to accurately detect liquid levels. It works by sending high-frequency ultrasonic pulses to the liquid surface and measuring the time it takes for the echo to return.
With a “recharge first, use later” closed-loop system, it enables real-time deduction, balance alerts and remote valve control, eliminating arrears and bad debts.
Ultrasonic flowmeter faults: unstable readings, no signal, large errors, no low-flow response. Causes: insufficient straight pipes, air bubbles, improper installation, empty pipes, low turndown ratio. Fixes: ensure straight pipes, vent air, calibrate, zero correctly, optimize settings.
The electromagnetic flowmeter works by Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. As conductive liquid flows through a magnetic field, it cuts magnetic lines and induces a voltage proportional to flow velocity, which is converted into flow rate.
