What is the principle of Ultrasonic level sensor?
An ultrasonic level transmitter(sensor) works by emitting high-frequency sound waves toward the liquid surface. The waves reflect off the surface and are detected by the sensor. The device measures the time interval between sending and receiving the echo, calculates the distance to the liquid, and converts it into an accurate level reading. It is a non-contact measurement method suitable for harsh industrial conditions.
Key Features
Non-contact measurementNo direct contact with liquid or slurry, avoiding corrosion, blockage and wear.
IP68 waterproof rating With a unique 45° angled waterproof connector, it can work stably even in heavy rain or submerged conditions.
High measurement accuracy & stable signalSignal curve is smooth with less glitch, performance comparable to top international brands.
Multiple output signals as standard4-wire version supports 4-20mA + Modbus RTU + 2 relay outputs simultaneously.
Anti-burnout protection designThe 4-20mA output will not be damaged even if mistakenly connected to DC24V power supply.
Easy operation & clear displayLarge LCD menu allows quick setup; beginners can master operation within 5 minutes.
Strong environmental adaptabilityWorks reliably in dusty, humid and harsh industrial environments.
Due to the aforementioned characteristics, ultrasonic level sensors are widely used in hydraulic projects,It is a reliable tool for daily water level monitoring.
