The explosion-proof high-precision electromagnetic flowmeter is specially developed for flow measurement of conductive liquids in hazardous environments. It adopts advanced electromagnetic induction technology and explosion-proof structure design, complying with explosion-proof standards (ExdⅡBT4/ExdⅡCT6), which can be safely used in flammable, explosive and corrosive industrial sites. With high measurement accuracy (±0.5%~±1.0%), wide range ratio (100:1) and stable performance, it is not affected by fluid density, viscosity, temperature and pressure changes, ensuring accurate and reliable data output.
Equipped with corrosion-resistant lining (optional PTFE, PFA) and standard flange connection, the flowmeter has no moving parts in the measuring tube, which is non-clogging, wear-resistant and easy to maintain. It supports 4-20mA analog signal and RS485 digital communication, which can be seamlessly connected to the automatic control system to realize remote monitoring and data statistics. It is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, coal chemical and other industries, suitable for measuring clean water, sewage, chemical medium, corrosive liquid and other conductive fluids in explosive hazardous areas.
