Model L large-caliber electromagnetic flowmeter is specially developed for flow measurement of heating hot water in large-diameter pipelines, with caliber ranging from DN300 to DN2000. Adopting PTFE lining, it has excellent corrosion resistance and temperature resistance, which can stably adapt to the working conditions of heating hot water (temperature range: 0℃~120℃), effectively resist scaling and erosion, and ensure long-term reliable operation.
With high measurement accuracy (±1.0%~±1.5%) and a wide range ratio of 100:1, the flowmeter is based on Faraday"s law of electromagnetic induction, and its measurement is not affected by changes in heating hot water density, viscosity and temperature. It adopts standard flange connection for easy and stable installation, with no moving parts in the measuring tube, realizing non-clogging, low maintenance and long service life. Equipped with 4-20mA analog signal and RS485 digital communication, it can be connected to the heating automatic control system to realize remote monitoring, flow accumulation and energy consumption statistics, widely used in urban central heating, industrial heating, commercial building heating and other fields.
